There’s something happening in America that the media can’t categorize, the universities can’t quantify, and the preachers can’t control. A spiritual curiosity has returned to us. It’s not the sentimental kind that sells at Lifeway, but the raw, unnerving awareness that there are powers at work which cannot be explained by politics or psychology. The secular frame is cracking, and what is breaking through it is older, stranger, and more biblical than anything our institutions are ready to face.
I have called it the Populist Social Revival here at I2I (just waiting for the right influencer or outlet to pick it up and start using it) because it’s not a denominational movement or an altar call campaign. It is the slow rediscovery of the supernatural by a public that was trained to believe in nothing. It’s men and women who once laughed at religion now talking about God, demons, and unseen evil as if they have been mugged by reality itself.
For years, America has been a secular nation that only pretended to be Christian. Its religion was politics and its gospel was therapy. The real Christianization of this continent happened before the Revolution, when Puritans, Presbyterians, and Baptists brought the Word into the wilderness. After independence, America drifted into deism and civics, and for two centuries its churches followed the drift. But now, after decades of chemical numbness, ideological fatigue, and demonic spectacle, the air has shifted. The culture smells the sulfur. The people sense the war. That is why Tucker Carlson has become a lightning rod. Because he has started saying what no one in his position was ever supposed to say out loud.
NAMING THE ENEMY
When Tucker stood before the Heritage Foundation in 2023 and told a room of men in suits that our national conflict was not political but spiritual, he crossed a line. He said we are witnessing a war between good and evil. He said abortion is not a social issue but child sacrifice. He told people to pray for ten minutes a day. That single word, pray, was enough to send shockwaves through Washington. It was not a slogan or a posture. It was a theological declaration on live television. The same networks that have spent years defending drag queens and war contractors suddenly decided Tucker had gone insane. That terrifies them. Tucker was not only challenging political power. He was tearing down the secular illusion that power itself can be neutral. From that night forward, he began to speak more freely about the reality of spiritual warfare. He said it is not enough to have the right opinions. You must discern the right spirits.
WHEN THE MASK DROPPED
After the attempt on Donald Trump’s life, Tucker said something few public figures would ever dare to say. He said that the hatred for Trump was not simply partisan but metaphysical. He said certain forces had dropped their mask, that there are energies at work that despise truth, beauty, and life itself. He said the war is not only among men but among powers. This was not the language of punditry. It was the language of prophecy. He was reminding his audience that the old categories of principalities and powers were not ancient metaphors. They were descriptions of a present reality.
He was not alone in seeing it. Millions of Americans who have watched their cities rot, their schools decay, their children despair, and their leaders celebrate it have begun to sense the same thing. The sickness is not only political. It is spiritual. It feeds on disorder. It hates innocence. It wants confusion because confusion is the breeding ground of bondage. Tucker gave that intuition a voice. He named the darkness that everyone else tried to rebrand as progress.
A TESTIMONY OF WAR

The higher a man’s platform, the more the darkness strikes at him.
Carlson’s story was not a performance. It was a confession. He was saying that evil is not just a word, it is an entity, and it hates those who expose it. The cultural gatekeepers cannot comprehend that kind of realism because they have spent their entire lives pretending the supernatural does not exist. Yet the old world knew it. The Bible knew it. The missionaries who built civilization knew it. They understood that demonic power is not symbolic. It is strategic, organized, and adaptive. Carlson’s testimony made that old wisdom modern again.
DEMONS BEHIND THE MACHINES
Carlson later said something even bolder. He claimed that demons were behind the creation of nuclear weapons. He called the bomb demonic because it annihilates without conscience, because it severs cause from consequence, and because it reduces human beings to statistics. He said that the very idea of building such a weapon could not have come from a mind fully human. That statement caused another round of outrage, but it struck a deeper nerve. Because whether people accept his theology or not, they feel the same cold truth. Technology has crossed the line from tool to idol. It consumes rather than serves. Carlson’s use of the word demonic was not hyperbole. It was accurate.
This is what separates him from nearly every other commentator alive. He does not believe evil is just a metaphor for human cruelty. The secular press can tolerate almost anything. They can stomach nationalism if it comes with enough apologies. They can endure libertarianism if it keeps the money flowing. But they cannot abide a man who says the devil is real. To them, that sentence is a nuclear weapon. It destroys their entire worldview. They know how to argue about taxes. They do not know how to argue about demons. Once that word enters the room, the conversation shifts from management to meaning, from psychology to sin, from humanism to heaven. And they have no vocabulary for it.
That is why Tucker’s Heritage speech was treated as a breakdown, not a breakthrough. They needed to pathologize it because they could not refute it. They needed to call him crazy because they could not call him wrong. It is easier for the press to believe in aliens than in angels, easier to talk about energy than about evil. Yet Carlson continues to push the conversation back toward the biblical reality that built the West in the first place. Every time he names evil for what it is, the walls of secularism crack a little more.
THE DAYS OF NOAH
We are entering a time that resembles the ancient world more than the modern one. The days of Noah were not polite. They were filled with corruption, with spiritual cross-breeding, with violence that reached heaven itself. Scripture says that as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be when the Son of Man returns. Look around. You can feel it. The occult has gone mainstream. Psychedelics are preached as sacraments. UAPs and UFOs are discussed in the halls of Congress. Demoniacs roam the streets with microphones. Children are mutilated in the name of identity. And the churches that should be casting out spirits are hosting them instead. Carlson has done the forbidden thing. He has said that these events are not coincidences or trends. They are manifestations of the same war that has been raging since Eden.
This is why Tucker Carlson is hated by the same media that once made him rich. It is not about ratings. It is about jurisdiction. He brought back words that terrify the elite more than any policy ever could: good, evil, sin, salvation. Those words reorder the cosmos. They remind a dying culture that it is being judged. And they remind the powers of darkness that there are still men who will not bow.
The war on Tucker is not personal. It is ancient. Every time he names evil, he reopens a front that modernity thought it had closed forever. He is not a prophet in the sense of revelation, but he is prophetic in courage. He stands in a generation that has forgotten spiritual realism and declares that the invisible is real again. The elites cannot tolerate that. It ruins their religion of self. But the people can. Because they see the world getting stranger by the day, and they know that politics alone cannot explain it.
The Populist Social Revival is underway. It will not be clean, safe, or organized. It will not wear matching T-shirts or carry study guides. It will erupt through ordinary men who start to pray and through public figures who start to name the devil again. That is why they are coming for Tucker Carlson. He is not their political enemy. He is their spiritual enemy. He is reminding the world that the war never ended. It only went off-air for a season. Now it is back on the broadcast, and the darkness is howling.
THE CELESTIAL FRONT
Tucker Carlson, whether he knows it or not, has become a catalyst in this cosmic drama. He did not plan to be a prophet, but God often uses men who never asked for the assignment. He has become an instrument to spark long-dormant flames in the minds of millions. Without the blessing of any denomination, he has awakened people to realities the Church should have been explaining all along. In a world allergic to the word “sin,” he has brought back the vocabulary of the supernatural. He speaks as if devils are not symbols but adversaries, and he is right. He has done what pastors and politicians alike have refused to do: he has pointed to the devil as the architect behind much of what we call modern life.

That alone would make him a target. But when he began to trace specific evils back to specific spirits, the reaction turned rabid. The outrage that follows him is too synchronized to be random. It carries a precision that feels otherworldly. It descends from every direction at once; political, corporate, religious, and cultural, as though conducted by an unseen hand.
The dogpile we are watching now does not feel like ordinary opposition. It feels like orchestration. The tone, the timing, the sudden uniformity of attack suggest a coordination beyond human bureaucracy. There are entities older and more practiced in propaganda than any intelligence agency in Washington. When they move, they move through people, and they whisper unity into wickedness. That is what we are seeing. The coordination is celestial before it is political.
In truth, Tucker Carlson appears to be under demonic assault. The enemy has marked him. The forces of darkness want him silenced, ostracized, and eventually forgotten. They will use ridicule, scandal, slander, and exhaustion as their weapons. Their goal is not to kill the man but to drain him, to make him doubt, to make him retreat into ambiguity. Because once you start naming the devil in public, you are no longer playing by the world’s rules, and the world strikes back with all the fury it can muster.
What makes this moment worse is how many supposed believers have volunteered to help the enemy. In the name of “standing for Israel,” a great number of evangelicals have become the devil’s unpaid interns. They have allowed their warped eschatology to turn them into instruments of spiritual sabotage. Instead of testing spirits, they defend the ones that flatter their politics. They confuse loyalty to a modern nation with obedience to God. And so they aid the same principalities that despise them, thinking they are doing heaven a favor. Every time they attack men who expose evil, they are lending their voices to the choir of demons that sings for Tucker’s downfall.
This is not just media warfare. It is supernatural crossfire. The devil has always sought to neutralize anyone who names him. Carlson has named him. That is why the air around him has grown thick, why the coordination of hostility feels beyond human scale. The devils are out for him. But in the same way God used Balaam’s donkey, He can use even the chaos of this assault to awaken the Church. Because once people see the magnitude of the hatred aimed at one man for simply speaking truth, they begin to recognize who is really pulling the strings.
THE TRAITORS IN THE CAMP
It’s no exaggeration to say that Tucker Carlson is the first major public figure in a century (political or religious) to plainly and consistently name the literal devil as humanity’s chief enemy. And yet, for daring to question the modern state of Israel, some evangelicals have turned their fire on him instead. That tragic irony speaks volumes about how deeply both Satan and Israel’s political machinery have entangled themselves in the American mind. Tucker takes aim at the prince of darkness, Israel raises a trembling finger, and the Church rushes to stone him. It is one of the most astonishing sights of our time.
It is one thing when the world hates a man who tells the truth. It is another thing entirely when the Church joins the mob. That is what makes this moment so tragic. The devil’s playbook has never changed. If he cannot destroy a messenger from the outside, he will turn believers against him from within. He will whisper to the saints that they are defending God when they are, in fact, defending idols. He will make the servants of heaven think they are serving righteousness when they are propping up a counterfeit kingdom. It is an old trick, and it works every time. And now, in 2025, it is working again.
Christians are being used as useful idiots in the devil’s campaign against Tucker Carlson. It is hard to say it that plainly, but it has to be said. The principalities and powers that rule this age are cunning. They know that when open persecution fails, infiltration succeeds. The surest way to kill a prophet is to have him stoned by people who claim to believe the same Book he quotes. That is what is happening right now.
Instead of recognizing that God is using Carlson to awaken millions to the spiritual war raging around us, many Christians are attacking him with the same ferocity as the atheists and globalists they claim to oppose.
There is no gentler way to put it. The Church is attacking one of the only men in America who has had the courage to tell the truth about our condition. He is the first public figure in living memory to speak with theological clarity about the demonic architecture of modern life. And the people of God, deceived by bad doctrine and blinded by misplaced loyalty, are calling him the enemy because he does not want to fund foreign wars and endless bloodshed in the name of prophecy. The devil has no better allies than foolish Christians who think defending sin is serving God.
Imagine that. The man most vocally declaring Satan the enemy in a century, the man unmasking the spiritual rot consuming our nation, is the one Christians have chosen to treat as the villain. All because he will not send Caesar’s tax money to a land that crucified their Savior and still rejects Him. That is how deep the deception runs. That is how far theology has fallen. That is how the devil laughs.
