The story of Hart-Celler, who wrote it, why they wanted it, and what they understood about its long-term effects that they declined to share with the American public is one of the most important and least honestly told stories in modern American political history. It involves a forty-one year legislative campaign, a constellation of well-funded organizations pursuing explicit communal interests, an intellectual movement that rewrote the terms of American identity from the ground up, and a majority culture that sat on its hands while all of it happened in plain sight. What follows is an attempt to tell it straight.
This is the first-ever companion piece at Insight to Incite, designed as a supplement to my article at NXR, entitled, “How and Why Jewish Special Interests Opened Our Door to Mass Immigration.” The reason for this is that the Halls are currently headed to our new home and loaded for bear. Literally. There are bears. We’re moving further out in the woods, hours away but closer to kin, and staging our earthly belongings and even a few chickens, in preparation for our home closing later in the week.
I revealed this and shared some pics over at Patreon, which will be the only place I’ll post material - Lord Willing and the creek don’t rise - each day this week. There’s just no way I can keep my regular writing schedule and take care of business at the same time. So, this article will do a few things. The first, is I’ll provide the audio to both free and premium subscribers. You’ll notice I refer to the article in the audio. I’ll refer you to NXR for that, where I highlight the rabbit hole I jumped down to mine the historical data necessary to give readers insight (*ahem*) into the background of Hart-Celler and the undermining not just of America’s immigration system but of our national identity.
HOW AND WHY JEWISH SPECIAL INTEREST OPEN THE DOOR TO MASS IMMIGRATION
The article traces the Jewish organizational campaign behind the Hart-Celler Immigration Act of 1965, situating it within the broader historical pattern of Jewish minority communities using whatever tools are historically available to fracture majority Christian civilizations that posed structural threats to Jewish communal interests (including, in some cases, their survival).. The article opens with the fall of Toledo in 711 AD as a historical parallel, documenting Jewish collaboration with the Moorish invasion through Christian, Muslim, and Jewish primary source traditions, then pivots to Hart-Celler as the legislative equivalent of the same mechanism operating in the American context. In other words, the opened the doors to Muslim invaders, subjecting the Christian kingdoms in the Iberian Peninsula to North African Islamic tyranny for 800 years. And with just as much intentionality, Hart-Celler intentionally opened the doors of the American nation to mass migration. Both were done for the same purpose; the Christian majority culture stood in their way, and needed to be subjected to foreign powers.
The podcast for this article will make a claim that is not fleshed out here at I2I as I would have liked (it was recorded prior), becuase of the aforementioned, time restraints, which is that what was perpetrated upon the American people by Hart-Celler in 1965 did far more damage than other simliar (proven) conspiracies, including the Samson Protocols, the Lavon Affair, and the U.S.S. Liberty. But the article at NXR does get into that issue. I’ll flesh it out further later, and the argument appears prominently in our upcoming book, White Genocide.
The central argument is twofold: first, that the Jewish organizational campaign behind Hart-Celler was explicit, coordinated, decades-long, and well-documented; second, that the strategic logic driving it was the deliberate fracturing of Anglo-Protestant majority coherence through mass non-European immigration, for the purpose of preventing the kind of unified gentile majority that has historically been the precondition for organized action against Jewish minority communities. Supporting evidence is drawn from Kevin MacDonald’s peer-reviewed academic work, Maurice Samuel’s 1924 You Gentiles, Horace Kallen’s cultural pluralism writings, Joseph Blau’s 1958 review in the American Jewish Congress publication, and Stephen Steinlight’s 2001 Center for Immigration Studies essay. The article closes by linking the deliberate demographic fracturing strategy to the factional chaos of present-day American public life, and returns to the Toledo parallel as the closing frame.
